2. Ordering and Payment Terms
Placing an Order: When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms and Conditions. We will send you an order confirmation email once we’ve received your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occurs when we dispatch your items.
Pricing: All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times: The delivery times provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, we cannot guarantee them as delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, especially during peak holiday seasons.
Import Duties and Taxes: For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed once your package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we have no control over them.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your handmade festive treasures. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

- Ship the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:
- Beaded jewellery (due to delicate nature)
- Babygrows and other Babies & Children items (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or made-to-order items (e.g., customised Blank category items, Bunting with specific names/dates, custom aprons)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, worn, or missing original tags/packaging
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
